Flip PayLater is a facility in the form of a limit that you can use to shop at selected merchants in the Flip application with a tenor of 1 to 12 months

Flip PayLater is available to users who meet criteria such as valid identification and are within the eligible age range. Service availability may vary by region as we expand our services across Indonesia. All applicants must also agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

We are currently rolling out Flip PayLater to users in stages. Please continue using the Flip app, and we will notify you once Flip PayLater is available for your account.

You can use your Flip PayLater Limit to shop on e-commerce platforms (Shopee and Lazada), which can be accessed directly through the Flip app. You can also use the Limit to pay for and purchase digital products like phone credit, tokens, and more within the Flip app.

To shop on e-commerce sites using Flip PayLater, follow these steps:

• Open the Flip app and select the Flip PayLater menu.
• Click the logo of your chosen e-commerce site, and you will be directed to the website.
• Log in to your e-commerce account.
• Select the items you wish to purchase and ensure the total price matches your Flip PayLater limit.
• When paying, ensure Flip PayLater is your preferred payment method.
• Select the term displayed in the app.
• Enter your Flip PIN to confirm payment.
• Your purchase will be processed.

To purchase or pay for digital products on the Flip app using Flip PayLater, follow these steps:

• Open the Flip app and select the product you want to purchase (such as phone credit, electricity tokens, or other items).
• Select the product you wish to purchase.
• Select Flip PayLater as your payment method and select the term listed in the app.
• Enter your Flip PIN to confirm payment.
• Your purchase will be processed.

Here are all the fees we will charge:

• Transaction fee: Starting from 0% per month, applies to every transaction.
• Installment fee: Starting from 0% to 4.99% per month, depending on the selected term, as displayed in the app.
• Service fee: IDR 10,000 per month, charged to the bill.

Calculation simulation example:

• Product price: IDR 300,000
• Loan term: 3 months
• Transaction fee: 0%; Installment Fee: 4.99%

Once your monthly bill is issued, you can make a payment using the following steps:

• Click the Flip PayLater menu on the Flip app homepage.
• Check your current bill and click “Pay Now.”
• Select your preferred payment method.
• Your bank account information and amount will be displayed in the app.
• Complete the payment according to the in-app instructions.
• You will receive a notification once the payment has been successfully processed and the bill has been paid.
